The EZ-BLINDER pins have three positions available: OPEN, PRESET and LOCKED. Each unit is shipped in the PRESET position.

Step One: Slide the PRESET unit up the beak of the 4-8 week old pheasant and locate the protruding pins in the nostrils by feel. Snap the pins in the LOCKED position with thumb and forefinger.

Step Two: To remove the blinder, pull one tab completely OPEN to extract the pin from one side of nostril. The unit can now be removed from beak.

Step Three: To reuse, the blinder must be returned to the PRESET position. Guide the extracted pin back into the hole and squeeze into the PRESET position. Pull the opposite pin back to Preset position and the unit is ready to reuse.
